Description – Bheeshmam is a mystery based shortfilm. The story revolves the inner fear of darkness of a village boy and the incidents he goes through after being accompanied by a mysterious person that helps him to overcome his fear.
My role – Assistant Director.
Experience – This was my first experience as an assistant director, I was mainly involved in set coordination and to make sure everything goes as planned and also explaining the character sketch to each of the actors so they deliver the right emotions in the given scenarios. For the most part we opted to shoot bheeshmam in available and natural light to give it a sense of originality .As the assistant director I was also given the responsibility of checking continuity. Because bheeshmam was done by an experienced crew both technically and artistically it was the perfect team to work with and learn the entire process of filmmaking from.
